Debbie and Tony have been part of the community for 20 plus years or since 1998.
However, her love of baking started much earlier. As a child, Debbie spent cherished time with her mom in the kitchen, sparking a passion and interest in learning the art of baking. This new found love carried into adulthood, making homemade baked goods from scratch for family and friends. She still uses her mom's family recipes from the 1800's but she also enjoys crafting trendier desserts and pastries.
Debbie sharpened her skills as lead hospitality coordinator and sole baker for her church's coffee shop over the past 31 years. Through this experience, combined with her passion for baking, and encouragement from her family and friends, she enthusiastically jumped on the opportunity to open her own bakery.
Outside of baking, Debbie enjoys spending time with her husband, her 2 kids & their spouses and her many grandchildren. She also enjoys trips to the Smoky Mountains of Tennessee.
